This dry red was aged 18 months in Oak and then an additional 2 years in the bottle before release. It is rich, with complex aromas and flavors of cherry, vanilla, and raspberry, balancing tannins and a long finish.
Pair with lamb, red meats, and hearty dishes.
"Elegant and full of silky tannins. Dried cherry, fig, raspberry and Asian spice flavors are lush and broad in texture, with a long, minerally finish that features French roast notes." Wine Spectator, August 2010
